At Aninver Development Partners<\/strong>, we are proud to announce a new milestone in our growing presence across Asia. We have been selected by The World Bank<\/strong> to lead a consultancy under its Occupational and Community Health and Safety (OHS\/CHS) Platform<\/strong> in South Asia. This strategic assignment will focus on enhancing construction safety practices across infrastructure projects in India<\/strong>, furthering our mission to deliver impactful and inclusive development through practical, knowledge-based interventions.<\/p>

A Regional Initiative to Safeguard Workers and Communities<\/h3>

The World Bank\u2019s South Asia Regional (SAR) OHS\/CHS Platform supports the implementation of the Environmental and Social Framework (ESF)<\/strong>, particularly Standards ESS2<\/strong> and ESS4<\/strong>, across all phases of Bank-financed projects. These standards emphasize labor safety and community health, aiming to reduce workplace incidents and ensure safe conditions for both workers and surrounding communities.<\/p>

Over the past decade, the region has witnessed significant challenges in managing occupational risks across infrastructure projects. This new engagement aims to address those challenges directly by providing practical, easy-to-implement tools for government agencies and their contractors.<\/p>

What We Will Deliver<\/h3>

The assignment, to be conducted from May to July 2025<\/strong>, is structured in two phases<\/strong>. Our scope under Phase 1<\/strong> includes:<\/p>
