Johanna Muguerza

Johanna holds a Degree in Social and Legal Sciences in the specific field of Legal Sciences, from the Rafael Urdaneta University in Venezuela, and an Executive Master’s Degree in Hotel Management, of the Ostelea Tourism Management School, the EAE Business School and the Lleida University of Barcelona, Spain. She has had the chance to work in a variety of areas during her more than 15 years of experience, including real estate administration and management, business legal advice in private, corporate, commercial, labor, and real estate law. Throughout her professional tenure, she has also interacted with the areas of sales and customer service. She has advanced as a human resources manager, international expert recruiter for projects involving multilateral actors in development cooperation, and team leader for digital market intelligence platforms in the hospitality and tourism, green and renewable energy, public-private partnerships (PPP), and infrastructure sectors. Consultancy, team management, legal and corporate text analysis, staff recruitment, and customer service are among Johanna’s key competencies.
