Job description
Design and implement community engagement strategies that promote inclusive participation in tourism development processes.
Support gender mainstreaming across project activities, ensuring equitable access to opportunities and benefits for women and marginalized groups.
Facilitate capacity-building initiatives focused on rural livelihoods, skills development, and empowerment of local communities.
Qualifications
Degree in Sociology, Gender Studies, Development Studies, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in community development, gender equality, and social inclusion.
Proven expertise in participatory approaches, gender analysis, and enhancing livelihood outcomes in rural or tourism-focused contexts.
