Aninver will deliver an end-of-project evaluation of Ghana’s Warehouse Receipts System (WRS) Project supported by IFC, the Government of Ghana and SECO. The review will assess results, efficiency, sustainability and likely long-term impact on farmer access to credit and structured trading, based on desk review and stakeholder fieldwork, with clear recommendations.

Under the GCF-funded BaC-SuF project in Northern Belize, Aninver supports CCCCC with a vulnerability analysis of the sugarcane sector, transparent beneficiary selection criteria, and a full M&E/MEL framework. The assignment includes stakeholder validation and baseline assessments to fill data gaps, strengthening equity, transparency, and quality assurance in implementation.

Under the World Bank-supported CLICK project, we are conducting the feasibility study for the Karachi Infrastructure Fund (KIF) to mobilize finance for priority urban services. The assignment covers legal and governance design, financial modelling, stakeholder consultations, international benchmarking, safeguards alignment, and an actionable implementation roadmap.

The iCOAST project promotes sustainable tourism in Zanzibar by strengthening policy, finance, and supply chains. The consultancy focused on baseline data collection and pilot design to support evidence-based planning, aiming to reduce pollution and foster equitable community livelihoods.
