Energy Systems and Heavy Industry Expert- Review and update of energy efficiency benchmarking, new EE&EC standards, and technical guidelines for two sub-industries in Vietnam
Job description
Perform in-depth energy audits and performance analyses in heavy industrial facilities, focusing on optimizing HVAC systems, boilers, refrigeration, and waste heat utilization.
Develop and review technical regulations and frameworks for energy efficiency, supporting the integration of renewable energy and process automation in heavy industry sectors.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or energy engineering, with a focus on heavy industry energy systems.
Certifications:
Energy audit certificate, energy management certificate, or ESCO certification (mandatory).
Experience:
At least 10 years’ experience in energy efficiency consultancy for heavy industries such as glass production, aluminum smelting, or machinery manufacturing.
Expertise in HVAC systems, boilers, refrigeration systems, and waste heat utilization.
Experience in developing or reviewing technical regulations related to energy efficiency in heavy industry sectors.
Technical Skills:
Extensive knowledge of renewable energy integration, co-generation systems, and process automation for energy savings.
Proven capability in conducting complex energy audits and performing data-driven performance analysis in heavy industrial environments.
Language:
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
