Field Coordinator
Job description
The Field Coordinator will oversee the recruitment, training, and day-to-day supervision of enumerators during field activities.
The role includes coordinating closely with partner organizations such as Jokalante, Tolbi, and ANACIM to ensure smooth field implementation.
The position is responsible for managing field logistics, ensuring adherence to agreed protocols, and resolving operational issues during data collection.
Qualifications
The candidate must be based in Senegal and have strong local networks.
Proven experience in managing rural field teams across multiple regions is required.
Fluency in French and familiarity with local dialects are required.
