Field Facilitator- Community Tourism Development in the Vjosa Valley
Job description
Facilitate on-the-ground implementation of tourism activities in close coordination with local communities and project stakeholders.
Monitor field activities, gather feedback, and ensure the smooth flow of communication between the project team and beneficiaries.
Support data collection, logistics, and reporting tasks to ensure timely and effective delivery of field-level interventions.
Qualifications
Degree in tourism, social sciences, rural development, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in field facilitation or community-based project implementation, preferably in the tourism sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in multicultural and rural settings.
