Job description
Conduct financial modelling and cost-benefit analysis for water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
Develop investment strategies and business plans to support project financing and sustainability.
Advise on structuring and implementing Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) in the water and sanitation sector.
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in financial modelling, investment planning, and PPPs for water and wastewater projects.
Demonstrated ability to assess project viability and mobilize financing from public and private sources.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, regulatory frameworks, and risk-sharing mechanisms in infrastructure investment.
