Financial / PPP Specialist
Job description
Conduct financial appraisals and feasibility studies for proposed tourism infrastructure and services within the Greater Lumbini Buddhist Circuit.
Lead the structuring of Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models to mobilize private sector investment in tourism-related projects.
Engage with financial institutions and private stakeholders to promote viable investment opportunities and de-risk project financing.
Qualifications
Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field from a recognized institution.
More than 10 years of experience in financial analysis, PPP structuring, or investment planning, preferably in the tourism or infrastructure sectors.
Strong expertise in financial modelling, investment feasibility assessment, and engaging with the private sector for project development.
