Responsible for managing information systems or process redesign projects in public or private sector entities.

Leads the project planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring alignment with project objectives, budget, and timeline.

Coordinates cross-functional teams and oversees stakeholder communication, ensuring agile methodologies are applied when required.

Ensures deliverables meet quality standards and contributes to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Minimum academic degree of bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Social Communication, Systems Engineering, Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

Must have a valid PMP certification or PM4R, or a diploma in project management or direction, with a minimum cumulative training duration of 120 hours.

Certification or courses in agile practices such as Lean, Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking, with a minimum cumulative duration of 40 hours, or a diploma/specialization in Agile Methodologies with at least 80 cumulative hours.

Course on agile metrics or KPI/OKR indicators or related subjects with at least 10 cumulative hours.

Preferably, a UX/UI course with a minimum of 16 cumulative hours.

General experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management roles for information systems or process redesign projects in public or private sector entities.

Specific experience: Minimum of 3 years as a project manager, project leader, or similar, in information systems projects in public or private sector entities.
