Infrastructure / Transport Planner
Job description
Conduct infrastructure and transport needs assessments to support tourism destination development in the Greater Lumbini Buddhist Circuit.
Develop strategic plans and cost estimates for transport and infrastructure improvements, ensuring alignment with tourism development goals.
Contribute to the structuring of Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) for proposed infrastructure investments where applicable.
Qualifications
Degree in Civil or Transport Engineering, Urban or Infrastructure Planning.
At least 15 years of professional experience in infrastructure and transport planning, with a preference for tourism-related projects.
Demonstrated expertise in infrastructure assessment, investment costing, and PPP project structuring in developing country contexts.
