Legal and Customs Specialist- Consultancy Service to Develop a Foreign Trade Information Portal in Angola

Job description


Responsible for surveying the regulatory framework of the international trade chain, all the steps involved and intervening in the import, export, transit and transport of goods, such as shipping, storage, documentary processes, customs clearance, among others.

Qualifications


University degree in Engineering, Economics, Law, or Public Administration.

A master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in areas related to the subject of the contract is an asset.

Have at least 07 (seven) years’ experience in the field of international trade, either in the private or public sector.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.

Have an understanding of Angola’s legal landscape, especially in relation to international trade.

Knowledge of local customs legislation is highly desirable.

Having experience of similar missions with customs or trade-related agencies would be an advantage.
