Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact Reporting Officer
Job description
Defines key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of program activities.
Monitors program implementation and tracks progress against predefined objectives.
Compiles and analyzes data to produce reports for donors and public partners.
Supports data-driven decision-making by ensuring timely and accurate reporting of results and impact.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (BAC+5) in public policy evaluation, statistics, data science, or development economics.
Produced at least three impact reports or evaluations for innovation-focused programs.
Proficient in using monitoring and reporting tools such as Kobo, Power BI, Excel, and Google Data Studio.
Experience monitoring and evaluating programs in at least two African countries or comparable environments.
