Job description


Conduct comprehensive energy efficiency assessments in paint manufacturing, ceramics, and construction material facilities, focusing on kiln operations, drying processes, and chemical mixing procedures.

Develop and support the implementation of legal and technical frameworks for effective energy management and renewable energy integration in the ceramics and construction materials sectors.

Qualifications


Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in materials engineering, energy engineering, or industrial process engineering, preferably with energy efficiency credentials.

Certifications:

Energy audit certificate, energy management certificate, or ESCO certification (mandatory).

Experience:

Over 10 years’ experience in energy efficiency projects related to paint manufacturing, ceramics, and construction materials (e.g., cement, bricks, tiles).

Familiarity with kiln operations, drying processes, and chemical mixing procedures that are energy-intensive.

Active involvement in legal or technical framework development for energy management in the ceramics or construction materials sectors.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of energy-efficient kiln technologies, fuel substitution, and renewable energy applications in construction material production.

Skilled in investment-grade energy audits, data-driven energy analysis, and best-practice identification for energy savings.

Language:

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
