Job description
Design and implement stakeholder engagement strategies for water and climate-related projects in Thailand.
Facilitate inclusive consultations, focus groups, and workshops with communities, government agencies, and private sector actors.
Ensure participatory processes are culturally appropriate, transparent, and aligned with project goals.
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience designing and conducting participatory consultations and workshops in Thailand.
Strong understanding of local governance structures, stakeholder dynamics, and communication practices.
Proven ability to build trust and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups.
