Team Leader / Tourism Development Specialist
Job description
Lead the overall planning and implementation of the Tourism Destination Vision and Investment Plan (DVIP) for the Greater Lumbini Buddhist Circuit.
Provide strategic guidance on destination master planning and tourism investment frameworks in alignment with national and regional priorities.
Coordinate with key stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of project outputs, while maintaining high-quality communication with clients and partners.
Qualifications
Postgraduate degree in tourism, economics, planning, or a related field.
Over 20 years of experience in tourism development, including destination planning and project leadership.
Proven expertise in stakeholder coordination, investment strategy formulation, and high-level communication with public and private sector actors.
