Manage technical assistance processes in the water and sanitation sector.

Oversee commercial, business, regulatory, and operational management of public service companies.

Ensure compliance with public service regulations and technical assistance standards.

Coordinate with stakeholders to optimize technical assistance strategies.

Provide expertise in public management and service regulation.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in sciences, engineering, or related fields.

Master’s degree in public management, business administration, public service regulation, or related fields.

Training in technical assistance or public service regulation.

Minimum of five (05) years of professional experience in commercial, business, regulatory, or operational management of public service companies.

Experience in managing technical assistance processes in the water and sanitation sector as a general manager, operations manager, commercial manager, administration manager, or finance manager, with at least five (05) years of experience.
