First contract with EBRD

Aninver has signed its first advisory contract with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), based in London (UK). The EBRD is an international financial institution founded in 1991. As a multilateral development investment bank the EBRD uses investment as a tool to build market economies. The EBRD is owned by 65 countries and two EU institutions, with the biggest shareholder being the United States. It only lends regionally in countries of operations.

In this short assignment Aninver will support the Bank in analyzing an industrial company in North Africa.
