Job description
Manage and oversee biodiversity and environmental conservation projects.
Ensure compliance with national environmental regulations and policies.
Develop and implement strategies for biodiversity conservation and ecosystem management.
Support the designation and maintenance of UNESCO Biosphere Reserves.
Collaborate with stakeholders to promote sustainable environmental practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Sciences, Ecology and Environmental Management, Biology, Project Environmental Management, Wildlife Conservation, Biodiversity and Conservation, or a related field.
Minimum of five (05) years of experience in environmental project management.
Knowledge of the national environmental regulatory framework.
Desirable: Experience and knowledge in the designation and maintenance of UNESCO-accredited Biosphere Reserves.
