Job description
The Communication Strategy / SBCC & Demand Generation Specialist will design and lead the development of an evidence-based communication strategy that supports behavior change and increased uptake of targeted services or products.
They will develop a complete SBCC approach, including goals, priority behaviors, audience segmentation, key messages, and a channel mix tailored to local context and user insights.
The specialist will plan and guide demand generation activities, integrating community outreach, interpersonal communication, mass media, and digital tactics to effectively reach priority audiences.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Social Sciences, or related field.
Minimum 7 years’ experience in SBCC, social marketing, or demand-generation campaigns.
Responsible for communication strategy, message architecture, audience segmentation, and safeguards integration.
