His expertise spans project design, technical assessments, stakeholder engagement, and compliance with regulatory frameworks.
Before joining Aninver, Santiago held key roles at UNOPS, where he led multidisciplinary teams and coordinated infrastructure projects in countries including Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, Somalia, South Sudan, and Sierra Leone.
