Job description
Conduct technical assessments of environmental infrastructure and waste management systems.
Identify challenges and propose context-appropriate, sustainable waste management solutions.
Engage with stakeholders to collect field data and validate proposed interventions.
Contribute to report writing and presentation of technical findings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in solid waste management or environmental systems, preferably in developing countries.
Proficiency in data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolBox) and field research.
Fluency in French and Malagasy; local dialects are an asset.
Experience conducting stakeholder consultations in rural or community settings.
