Job description
Conducts user research to inform the design and development of digital products, ensuring solutions align with user behaviors, needs, and expectations.
Applies qualitative and quantitative research methods, such as interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic observation.
Analyzes research findings and generates actionable insights to guide UX/UI design decisions and enhance user experience.
Collaborates closely with designers, developers, and product teams to integrate user feedback throughout the design lifecycle.
Qualifications
Minimum academic degree of bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Marketing, Social Communication, Graphic Design, Systems Engineering, Social Psychology, or related fields.
General experience: Minimum of 3 years as a UX Research Specialist or in a related research role.
Specific experience: Minimum of 1 year as a UX Research Specialist conducting research in UX/UI or related projects.
