Extended producer responsibility (EPR) consultant for A pilot project to set up the producer responsibility organization in electronics sector in Rwanda
Job description
-Background in policy analysis, data collection, and systems development.
-Ability to conduct financial modeling for EPR systems.
-Experience in stakeholder engagement and consensus-building. Strong understanding of web security, database systems, and software architecture.

Qualifications for EPR Consultant
1. Education & Experience
-Master’s degree in management, policy, environment, or related field.
-At least 10 years of experience in EPR schemes, waste management, or circular economy.
-Experience working with government, private sector, and international organizations.
2. Technical Skills
-Strong knowledge of EPR frameworks, compliance, and financing models.
-Proven experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and policy analysis.
-Ability to develop and evaluate pilot projects and Producer Responsibility Organizations (PROs).
3. Other Requirements
-Excellent research, writing, and communication skills in English.
-Experience in public-private partnerships.
-Familiarity with Rwanda’s waste management policies is a plus.
