GIS Spatial Planning Expert
Job description
Develop GIS maps and spatial databases to support tourism planning and infrastructure development in the Greater Lumbini Buddhist Circuit.
Conduct spatial analyses and scenario modelling to inform site selection, accessibility planning, and regional integration.
Create visualizations of tourism assets, land use, and development options to support decision-making and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
Degree in Geography, Urban or Regional Planning, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in GIS-based spatial analysis and mapping for development or tourism projects.
Strong technical skills in GIS software, spatial data management, and visualization of planning scenarios and tourism-related data.
