Human Resources Consultant to Develop a Comprehensive Strategic Plan for the Ethiopian IT Park

Job description


• Conduct a situational analysis of the Ethiopian ICT sector, including market trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Perform a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
• Benchmark leading ICT parks globally to adapt best practices to the Ethiopian context.
• Define the Park’s Vision and Mission.
• Develop a Strategic Roadmap with key strategies and initiatives.
• Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure progress.
• Develop a financial plan, including revenue projections and funding sources.
• Create a marketing and branding strategy to attract tenants and investors.
• Identify potential partnerships and collaborations with local and international stakeholders.
• Establish an effective governance structure, including a board of directors and management team.
• Develop a human resource plan, including job roles, responsibilities, compensation, and performance management systems.
• Formulate policies and procedures for Park operations.
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for routine tasks.
• Design and execute a customer service strategy to improve tenant satisfaction.
• Implement a delivery service strategy to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications


• Education: MBA in HR, MA in Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: 8+ years of experience in HR strategy, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
• Skills: Recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, performance management, and labor law.
