Job description
The M&E and Digital Tools Specialist will provide technical input to the design and implementation of the digital data collection strategy.
The role includes building the capacity of enumerators and field teams on the use of Kobo Toolbox or similar digital data collection platforms.
The position will oversee data quality assurance processes, including data anonymization, secure storage, and compliance with data protection standards.
Qualifications
Advanced skills in monitoring and evaluation, including the development and use of MERL plans and digital platforms, are required.
Proven experience in training field teams and working with farmer-facing organizations is required.
Strong writing skills for reporting, documentation, and knowledge transfer are required.
