Job description


Lead and support the evaluation of large-scale government development projects.

Design and implement M&E frameworks and methodologies.

Conduct data analysis, reporting, and presentation of evaluation findings.

Ensure evaluations align with international standards and local contexts.

Qualifications


Master’s degree in Social Sciences or a related field.

Ten (10) years of professional experience, including seven (07) years in evaluating large-scale government development projects.

At least four (04) comparable evaluations, with two (02) conducted in Kenya or other African countries.

Relevant professional certification or accreditation.
