Job description
Designs, adapts, and supervises training content tailored to tech entrepreneurship and innovation.
Develops and manages the implementation of effective pedagogical tools and learning pathways for entrepreneurs.
Ensures consistency and quality in the training methodology across different delivery formats.
Integrates innovative approaches to learning, including online and hybrid modalities.
Qualifications
Master’s degree (BAC+5) in entrepreneurial education, innovation, or instructional design.
Designed or led a minimum of three training programs targeting tech entrepreneurs.
Experienced in delivering content through online and hybrid learning formats.
Proven knowledge and application of Lean methodologies, design thinking, agile methods, and similar innovation-driven frameworks.
