Job description
Provide expert guidance on national and local policies governing water and wastewater management in Thailand.
Review and advise on regulatory frameworks, tariff structures, and institutional roles in the water sector.
Support the alignment of project interventions with existing legal and institutional mechanisms.
Qualifications
Minimum five (5) years of experience in Thai water and wastewater policy, regulations, tariff systems, and institutional frameworks.
In-depth knowledge of Thailand’s legal and regulatory landscape for water and sanitation services.
Proven experience engaging with government agencies and institutional stakeholders in the Thai water sector.
