Job description


Supervises the overall strategic direction and implementation of the innovation program.

Ensures effective collaboration and engagement with government partners and relevant public institutions.

Oversees the monitoring and evaluation of program results and overall performance indicators.

Provides high-level guidance to ensure program alignment with policy objectives and local needs.

Qualifications


Minimum Master’s degree (BAC+5) in innovation, entrepreneurship, or public policy.

Proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of French is highly recommended.

At least 10 years of international experience in the implementation of innovation or incubation programs.

Proven leadership in managing a minimum of three multi-country projects in emerging or developing contexts.

Demonstrated experience working directly with governments or public sector institutions.
