Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a related field.
Certifications in Organizational Development, Leadership, PMP, or other management-related areas are an advantage.
More than ten (10) years of proven experience in similar projects.
Ability to lead organizational change and make assertive decisions.
Strong analytical skills and effective time management.
High adherence to ethical standards.
