Job description


Design and implement communication strategies for public consultations.

Organize and manage public consultation processes, especially on technology-related topics.

Collect, transcribe, and translate qualitative data using appropriate analytical tools.

Engage with communities and stakeholders to ensure inclusive participation.

Qualifications


Higher education in Communication (Master’s degree is an advantage).

At least five (05) years of experience in developing and implementing communication strategies.

Specific experience in organizing public consultations, preferably in technology-related areas.

Work experience in Mozambique is required.

Strong knowledge of qualitative data collection and analysis methods.

Fluency in English and Portuguese.
