Job description


Analyze and design IT systems to meet business and technical requirements.

Gather, elicit, and document system requirements from stakeholders.

Create detailed UML models and data flow diagrams to visualize system processes.

Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system specifications.

Provide insights and recommendations for improving system efficiency and performance.

Work on social protection programs or large-scale government IT projects when applicable.

Ensure system designs align with industry best practices and security standards.

Utilize project management methodologies to track progress and ensure timely delivery.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis and design.

Experience in social protection programs or large-scale government IT projects is highly desirable.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Expertise in requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation.

Proficiency in UML modeling and data flow diagrams.

Experience in working with project management methodologies.
