Team Leader - Bishkek District Heating Modernisation – Feasibility Assessment - Kyrgyzstan
Job description
General Objective:
To provide EBRD with comprehensive information, analyses, and recommendations necessary for the assessment, structuring, and approval of a financing package for the modernisation of Bishkek’s district heating infrastructure.
Qualifications
Possession of a university degree or an equivalent qualification.
Preferably at least 15 years of professional experience in the field of district energy.
Extensive experience with similar assignments in Central Asia and the Former USSR.
Proven background in both institutional and commercial management of district energy companies.
Demonstrated management and administration expertise.
Familiarity with procedures of international financing agencies, preferably with EBRD procedures.
