Job description
Lead and coordinate social components of the project, ensuring integration of contextual knowledge into planning and implementation.
Oversee stakeholder engagement, field research, and alignment of activities with local socio-cultural dynamics in Angola.
Ensure effective communication and reporting on social issues, risks, and mitigation measures across the project team and partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Sociology or equivalent social science field.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
Strong knowledge of the social context of Angola, including local dynamics, stakeholder structures, and community practices.
