PROJECT NAME: Strengthening Incubation and Acceleration Services for Agritech Entrepreneurs in Algeria

OBJECTIVES:
General Objective: To strengthen the capacity of startup support structures to promote innovative entrepreneurship in the agribusiness sector through specialized services. Specific Objectives: 1. Supporting FabLabs in upgrading their equipment and services to enhance prototyping capabilities. 2. Implementing hybrid training sessions and coaching programs to improve the knowledge and skills of startup support structures. 3. Assisting selected institutions in developing and piloting their incubation and acceleration services, facilitating networking and partnerships with international organizations. II. Detailed Scope of Work The project is structured into three work packages (WPs): • WP1: Prototyping Support for FabLabs o Assess existing equipment and provide recommendations for upgrading. o Assist in selecting a FabLab for specialized agritech services. o Conduct a 3-day training session on FabLab management and agritech service provision. • WP2: Training and Coaching on Agritech Innovation Promotion o Organize five hybrid training sessions for support structures and stakeholders. o Provide online coaching to apply acquired skills in agritech innovation. o Develop five training guides to support training efforts. • WP3: Development of Incubation and Acceleration Services o Enhance services offered by selected institutions to better support agribusiness startups. o Organize master classes and study tours to facilitate networking and knowledge exchange. o Support institutions in establishing international partnerships.

• Master's degree in a relevant field such as agronomy, economics, or engineering. • At least 7 years of experience in supporting entrepreneurs in the agricultural sector. • Strong project management and training experience. • Fluent in French (C1 level) and experience in innovation ecosystems.
