Team Leader- Review and update of energy efficiency benchmarking, new EE&EC standards, and technical guidelines for two sub-industries in Vietnam

Conduct energy efficiency assessments in Vietnamese industrial sectors, including data collection, energy audits, and benchmarking to optimize energy systems and processes.

Lead the development and review of legal procedures, technical regulations, and guidelines related to energy management, ensuring alignment with Vietnamese energy policies and industrial best practices.

Education:

Master’s degree or higher in energy, engineering, or relevant areas, preferably with a focus on energy efficiency.

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in energy or energy efficiency consultancy.

Participation in at least one assessment involving the development or review of legal document procedures or technical guidelines/regulations for industrial sectors.

Experience in managing consultancy assignments.

Experience in data collection, analysis, and conducting energy audits.

Experience in the development of legal document procedures or technical regulation development is considered an asset.

Technical Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of the industry sector in Vietnam, including industrial process technologies, energy systems, waste heat and waste utilization, and renewable energy applications, particularly in energy-intensive industries.

Knowledge and understanding of benchmarking concepts and approaches.

Expertise and knowledge of Vietnamese energy policy and energy efficiency practices in industries.

Language:

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
