Job description


Lead the evaluation of large-scale health programs, particularly in post-conflict settings.

Oversee all phases of the evaluation process, ensuring alignment with international standards.

Engage with stakeholders and provide technical guidance on health systems and digital platforms.

Ensure high-quality analysis and reporting using tools such as DHIS2, ODK, Power BI, and e-learning systems.

Qualifications


Master’s degree in Public Health, Global Health, Health Economics, Biostatistics, or a related field.

Over ten (10) years of relevant experience, including evaluations of large-scale health programs.

Experience with at least one international or regional World Bank-funded evaluation.

Work experience in Somalia and familiarity with Somali community health systems.

Knowledge of digital health platforms (DHIS2, ODK, Power BI, e-learning).

Strong analytical and communication skills.
