Job description
Develop and deliver technical training materials tailored to various audiences.
Design and implement training programs using adult learning methodologies.
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to enhance user knowledge and skills.
Create user manuals, tutorials, and online training resources to support learning.
Analyze training needs and adapt content to meet user requirements.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training materials.
Provide ongoing support and resources to reinforce learning after training sessions.
Continuously assess and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and performance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering technical training materials.
Experience in adult learning methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
Experience in creating user manuals, tutorials, and online training resources.
