Aninver wins new advisory assignment in Tunisia

Aninver, the market intelligence and advisory firm based in Malaga (Spain), has been awarded a new advisory contract to support the Ministry of Health of Tunisia in the promotion of medical tourism. This is the third project Aninver does in Tunisia.

The assignment involves preparation of a Feasibility Study for the creation of an Agency for the Promotion of Investments and Exports of Health Services in Tunisia. The role of the agency would be to organize, monitor and promote health tourism in the country.

Specific objectives of the assignment are the following:

i. Establish a complete inventory of the situation of investment promotion and exports of health services in Tunisia;

ii. Make a diagnosis of the existing situation and a benchmark study on the structures of promotion of the investments and the export of services of health in competing countries;

iii. Produce a report that documents successful experiences in this area in other countries and describe lessons learned; and institutional and organizational arrangements for this type of structure;

iv. Develop a feasibility study that defines the technical, legal and financial aspects for the creation of the agency;

v. Define the the action plan of the new agency

The assignment is financed by the African Development Bank.
