Job description
Lead the design and development of climate-resilient agriculture projects.
Coordinate project formulation aligned with donor requirements (GCF, World Bank, GEF, IADB).
Engage stakeholders and apply CSA frameworks in small-island agricultural systems.
Oversee all aspects of project development, from feasibility to final design.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Climate Change, Environmental Management, Rural Development, Agricultural Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of five (05) years of experience in climate-resilient agriculture project development, especially with GCF, World Bank, GEF, or IADB.
Experience with Caribbean small-island agricultural systems.
Strong leadership skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
Familiarity with Climate-Smart Agriculture (CSA) frameworks.
