• Define the Park’s Vision and Mission.
• Develop a Strategic Roadmap with key strategies and initiatives.

• Develop a financial plan, including revenue projections and funding sources.
• Create a marketing and branding strategy to attract tenants and investors.
• Identify potential partnerships and collaborations with local and international stakeholders.
• Establish an effective governance structure, including a board of directors and management team.
• Develop a human resource plan, including job roles, responsibilities, compensation, and performance management systems.
• Formulate policies and procedures for Park operations.

• Education: Masters in Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field.
• Experience: 10+ years of experience in real estate development, project management, and property management.
