Tax Expert-Supporting the Implementation of New Digital Tax Systems in Armenia

Job description


Provide technical expertise on domestic revenue administration, including assessment, collection, compliance, and enforcement procedures.

Support reforms or improvements to tax functions aligned with Armenia’s legislative framework.

Advise on tax policy implementation and strengthen the operational capacity of tax institutions.

Participate in diagnostic reviews, process optimization, or digitalization of tax services.

Qualifications


Master’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, or a related field.

At least seven years of experience working on projects involving domestic revenue administration, covering diverse functional areas.

Excellent knowledge of Armenian tax legislation and tax administration procedures.

Fluency in Armenian is required; proficiency in English or Russian is preferred.
