We are proud to share the final steps of our new work in Manila as part of a project awarded by the World Bank to enhance air transport regulation through a Performance Audit Framework.
This week, our team had the privilege of meeting with the Civil Aeronautics Board (CAB), led by Executive Director Mr. Carmelo Arcilla, to discuss draft guidelines for the framework. In the afternoon, we conducted a stakeholder consultation to validate and refine the findings in collaboration with key sector representatives.
This collaborative approach ensures that the framework is robust, effective, and aligned with the needs of the air transport sector in the Philippines.
