At the heart of this vision lies the Ethiopian ICT Park—a government-backed initiative aimed at catalyzing the country’s tech ecosystem. With state-of-the-art infrastructure and a mandate to attract both local and international investment, the Park is poised to become a critical engine for innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation.

Over the course of three intensive days, our team worked closely with ITPC’s dynamic CEO, Mr. Henok Ahmed, and his dedicated management team. Their openness, ambition, and collaborative spirit created the ideal environment for meaningful exchanges and joint analysis.

Our Role: Designing a Strategic Roadmap for Growth

Aninver is leading the development of a bold, actionable, and realistic Strategic Plan for ITPC. This work goes far beyond theoretical frameworks—it is grounded in Ethiopia’s context and focused on implementation.

We are delivering:

• A comprehensive business strategy that defines vision, mission, core values, and strategic initiatives.
• A robust investment roadmap to attract tech firms and catalyze infrastructure expansion.
• Tools for commercial orientation, improved tenant experience, and international positioning.
• Governance and HR frameworks to empower the Park’s operations and drive performance.
• A detailed customer service and service delivery strategy that enhances satisfaction and efficiency.

What the Strategic Plan Includes

Based on the Terms of Reference, our scope covers:

• Situational and SWOT analysis of Ethiopia’s ICT sector and the Park.
• Global benchmarking of top-performing ICT parks.
• Business model and financial planning, including revenue streams and marketing strategies.
• Organizational restructuring, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR policies.
• Policy and SOP development, including IT, procurement, tenant services, and emergency protocols.
• Customer service strategy, CRM systems, and performance monitoring.
• Service delivery planning, including SLAs, digital tools, and continuous improvement systems.

What Comes Next

This initial mission marks just the beginning. In the months ahead, Aninver will prepare a detailed diagnostic and benchmarking analysis to assess the ICT Park’s current position and global comparators. We will lead co-creation workshops with ITPC and key stakeholders to ensure an inclusive and collaborative planning process. A comprehensive Strategic Plan will be delivered, fully aligned with Ethiopia’s digital transformation priorities. Finally, we will support the implementation phase through targeted training, practical tools, and follow-up missions to ensure lasting impact.
