Project Manager- International Lenders Engineering Firm Consultancy Services to Support the Lebanon Emergency Assistance Project (LEAP)
Job description
Oversee program monitoring, engineering assessments, and contract oversight activities.
Manage and coordinate expatriate and local staff teams in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Areas (FCAAs).
Ensure effective planning, implementation, and reporting of project milestones and deliverables.
Engage with contractors and stakeholders to ensure compliance with contractual and technical standards.
Lead communication with donors, partners, and field teams to support project objectives and results.
Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master’s or above) in Monitoring & Evaluation, Contract Management, Civil Engineering, or other relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience in monitoring programs, engineering assessments, and contract oversight.
Experience managing expatriate and local staff in Fragile and Conflict locations.
Prior field experience in Lebanon and direct experience managing contractors.
Excellent oral and written English communication, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, and demonstrated team management abilities.
