InfraPPP by Aninver signs Agreement with IGPPP
InfraPPP and IGPPP have signed a partnership agreement aimed at promoting public investment through PPPs in Tunisia and carrying out large-scale projects within this framework.
Tunisia, 6 July 2023 - The Instance Générale de Partenariat Public-Privé (IGPPP), represented by its Chairman, Mr Atef Majdoub, and InfraPPP by Aninver, represented by its CEO, Mr Jose de la Maza, have signed a partnership agreement aimed at promoting public investment through PPPs in Tunisia and carrying out large-scale projects within this framework.
The IGPPP is a public body under the authority of the Presidency of the Government of the Republic of Tunisia, with legal personality and administrative and financial autonomy. Its main objective is to support public projects financed by PPP and to develop the related regulatory and institutional framework.
InfraPPP by Aninver is the leading online platform for infrastructure and investment finance, with a particular focus on public-private partnerships worldwide. Thanks to its expertise and international network, InfraPPP plays an essential role in advising and supporting public and private players involved in infrastructure projects. This partnership agreement is part of Tunisia's efforts to promote public investment. It will strengthen the position of the IGPPP as a key body in the promotion of public-private partnerships, thanks in particular to the provision by InfraPPP of a database for a period of one year and access to all information, such as projects, mergers and acquisitions, funds, companies, reports, etc.
In conclusion, the signing of this Partnership Agreement will open up new prospects for both the IGPPP and InfraPPP through Aninver, thanks to their combined expertise, with the ultimate aim of achieving sustainable economic growth.
