Aninver Development Partners is excited to announce our first consulting contract with the African Development Bank’s (AfDB) Sovereign Division, marking a significant milestone in our collaboration with one of Africa’s premier development finance institutions. This project involves the revamp and development of the Country Policy and Institutional Assessment (CPIA) Web Platform, a critical tool for evaluating economic and institutional frameworks across AfDB’s Regional Member Countries.
The Sovereign Division of AfDB is tasked with assessing and guiding public sector policies and initiatives throughout African nations. Through the CPIA, the division conducts annual evaluations to measure the quality of policies and institutional frameworks that promote sustainable growth and poverty reduction. The CPIA’s findings are essential for determining concessional financing allocations to member countries, ensuring resources are directed where they are most needed.
The revamped CPIA platform will deliver a modern, user-friendly, and data-driven interface that allows AfDB staff to:
- Coordinate and streamline assessments across member countries.
- Analyze and visualize data using advanced digital tools.
- Generate comprehensive reports to support evidence-based policy decisions.
With robust back-end functionality and a responsive design, the new platform will enhance the efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of AfDB’s evaluation processes.
