Preparation of an Investment Dossier for Madrid Beach Resort
Description of project
This assignment supports Grupo Alfrosa in structuring an investment dossier for Madrid Beach Resort, an integrated urban leisure complex combining an artificial beach, F&B, nightlife, and multifunctional event spaces. The objective is to develop a solid and bankable business case to help secure a suitable location in coordination with public authorities and attract international investors specialized in leisure and hospitality assets. The project is conceived as a pilot in Madrid, with a modular and replicable model that could later be adapted to other geographies through direct investment, joint ventures, franchise, or licensing schemes.
